Description
GalaxyBonds WPR 101 is a multipurpose, ready-to-use liquid admixture designed specifically to accelerate setting time and enhance early strength development in concrete and mortar.
Usage
This admixture is highly effective for the production of:
- Footpath Paver Blocks
- Hollow Blocks
- Concrete Bricks
- Tiles and Pre-cast elements
Characteristics / Advantages
- Enhanced Strength: Increases both compressive and flexural strength significantly.
- Superior Durability: Provides high resistance to damage from freezing and thawing cycles—well above industry standards.
- Water Reduction: Reduces the water content required to achieve a specific level of workability.
- Rapid Set: Features accelerated setting time characteristics for faster production cycles.
Benefits
- Cost Efficiency: Allows for earlier finishing of slabs, significantly reducing labor costs.
- Weather Resistance: Reduces required protection time during cold weather applications.
- Faster Turnaround: Enables earlier stripping and reuse of formwork.
- Early Structural Use: Facilitates quicker structural use of concrete in applications like lift-slabs, tilt-ups, paving, and flooring.
- Ease of Use: Easy to disperse within concrete mixtures, avoiding the clumping and mixing issues often associated with flake calcium.
Application Information
- Dosage: Typically 500 ml to 2 kg (or 2–4% by weight) per 50 kg bag of cement. Dosage may vary depending on specific field conditions and requirements.
- Compatibility: GalaxyBonds WPR 101 may be used in combination with other GalaxyBonds admixtures. However, each admixture must be dispensed separately into the mixture to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Storage & Caution
